User Interface

From the Menu Analysis homepage , you can access:

The button. Click to create a new plate, menu, or ingredient.

The tab, which contains several features:

• Plate Categories. Click to view all My Plates, Sysco Recommended Plates, or Shared Plates.

  

• Target Food Cost % field. Click to change the percentage.

  

• button. Click to create a new plate.

• button. Click to add already existing plate details to a new plate.

The tab, which contains several features:

• Menu Categories. Click to view all My Menus, Sysco Recommended Menus, or Shared Menus.

  

• Target Food Cost % field. Click to change the percentage.

  

• button. Click to create a new menu.

The tab, which allows you to access Sysco Ingredients, Custom Ingredients and Recipes, your Order Guide, or browse the Product Catalog.
