From the 
screen, click a plate to copy. The Plate
details screen
displays.
From the Options drop-down menu, select Copy. The Copy Plate dialogue box displays.
Use the Copy Plate function to easily create plates that are similar to existing plates. For example, add onion rings to a hamburger to create a hamburger basket.
To copy a plate

From the Options drop-down menu, select Copy. The Copy Plate dialogue box displays.
Type a New Plate Name.
Click the 
button.
The new plate displays in the screen.
