For example, you might want to include an average price for an item rather than the market low or high price, to ensure profitability is maintained.
Pricing does not automatically
update; however, after you click the
button, the application changes your prices.
Tip: Pricing is only changed for the currently selected plate. Menu Analysis does not update the subplates. Also, you cannot undo pricing updates, so you should proceed with caution.
To update pricing for selected ingredients
From the Plate details screen, select the Price Lock checkbox for the items you do not want to change (clear if you want to update).
Click the
button. The application retrieves all current pricing for the
selected plate.
Note: Menu Analysis does not update pricing for locked products.
