Adding Plate Details

You can customize your plate on the Plate details screen.

To customize your plate:

1. In the Name field, type a plate name.

   

2. From the Category drop-down list, select a category. For example, Appetizer, Entrée, Side, etc.

   

3. Click the or button to add ingredients to your plate.

4. Add Waste and Labor costs.

   

5. Enter Plate Instructions.

   

6. Click the button.
